The Sun Valley Harvest Festival (formerly the Sun Valley Food & Wine Festival) will take place September 24-26, 2010. The festival has been moved to the fall to take advantage of the local harvest and the beautiful Sun Valley weather. Focusing on regional sustainable foods, wines and beers, the event will feature cooking demonstrations by visiting regional chefs, wine and beer tastings, a culinary trade show, a restaurant walk, chef's dinners and a beer garden.
